Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
This policy applies only to orders purchased directly from our BOOX Euro Shop (https://euroshop.boox.com/). If you purchased the product from any other seller, marketplace, or reseller, please contact that seller for returns or exchanges.
You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned items.
You can request a return or refund only when the device has not been damaged or lost.
Full Refunds
We will issue a full refund after inspection and confirmation in the following cases:
The product arrives defective or non-functional.
You received the wrong item.
You cancelled your order before shipment.
You return an unopened item for personal reasons (applies only to orders shipped from our US, UK, or Germany warehouses).
Partial Refunds
We will issue a partial refund after inspection and confirmation in the following cases:
You return an opened item for personal reasons.
The product has no quality issues.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your package arrives with visible shipping damage, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with photos.
We will arrange a replacement once the damaged item is returned to us.
Return Process
1. Check that your item meets the return conditions above.
2. Fill out the form: Submit Request to initiate your order return application.
3. Ship the product back according to the instructions we provide.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5–10 business days), we will confirm eligibility.
5. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval, to your original payment method.
Shipping & Fees
The shipping costs and return-related fees are listed in the chart below. Transaction fees related to currency exchange or refund processing, as well as any customs duties, are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns that don’t match the original purchase may incur extra charges. Prepaid return labels may not be provided if the return is from a different country or region than the original delivery.

FAQ
Q: Why was my return request rejected?
A: Common reasons: request made after 30 days without defects; the device was damaged/lost by the customer; returned item missing parts or not in original condition.
Q: How long until I receive my refund?
A: After we receive your return, inspection takes 5-10 business days. After approval, we will process the refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Q: I bought from another site/retailer — can I return via Boox Euro Shop?
A: No. Returns are only accepted for orders purchased directly from our BOOX Euro Shop (https://euroshop.boox.com/). For purchases from other channels, contact that seller.
